Camp Tamakwa is a children´s residential summer camp located 2.5 hours north of Toronto in beautiful Algonquin Park Ontario. Founded in 1936, Tamakwa is home to over 250 boys and girls aged 7-16. Tamakwa´s rich traditions, family atmosphere, and unique site distinguishes itself along with our numerous watersports, landsports, creative arts and outdoor skills activities, as well as a premier canoe tripping program.

Tamakwa provides campers a chance to develop important life skills, build self confidence, foster lifelong friendships, embrace traditional camping values and return home with an enriched outlook, that there is life and fun without Facebook, Twitter and YouTube!
