SCARBOROUGHAdam's Park just off of Port Union on the border of Pickering and Scarborough at 2 Rozell Rd. Adams Park is a 15.8 hectare park located near Port Union Road and Highway 401. This park features two lit ball diamonds, a multipurpose sports field, a splash pad, a children's playground and a picnic area. |

OSHAWALakeview Park in Oshawa has an awesome beach, great playgrounds, lots of space to run around or throw a frisbee and a nice cooling splash pad too. Enjoy a family outing and cool down with the kids - the City of Oshawa has 9 splash pads located at neighbourhood parks. Splash pads are usually open 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. with hours extended until dusk during a heat event. City staff will monitor activity on a rotating basis at splash pads and will clean and disinfect the splash pads during each visit. Please respect posted signage indicating capacity and physical distancing. |

WHITBYHeydonshore Park at 589 Water St by Lake Ontario at the bottom of Brock St has a fun splash pad and playground with more trails and a great beach. One of the more unique playgrounds in Durham is the popular Rocket Ship Park, which also has a splash pad. Click here for a map to find this great park in Whitby. The Town of Whitby operates 15 splash pads to help families stay cool and beat the summer heat. Splash Pads are open seven days a week from 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and operate from June to September, weather permitting. |

CLARINGTONMany of Clarington's parks have splash pads that you can enjoy throughout the summer months, in fact there are 16 in total. (Bowmanville, Courtice, Newcastle and Orono). They turn on the water to all parks beginning end of June. Open daily from Dawn to Dusk. |

PICKERINGCool off from the summer heat in this children's splash pad, located in Amberlea Park, beside the playground off of Braeburn Crescent in Pickering. This safe, public space is a great environment for kids to connect with one another and enjoy some outdoor play. Hours of Operation: 9 am - 8 pm (seasonal, hours are weather permitting). Millenium Square is a waterfront park at the bottom of Liverpool Road. It is a wonderful family park, with a splash pad, nice beach and picnic area. Millenium Square also provides access to the Waterfont Trail. |

CITY OF TORONTONeed a quick place for your children to enjoy the cool water on a hot and sunny day? City of Toronto Splash and spray pads are unsupervised water play areas and are conveniently located in many parks and playgrounds. They often include engaging water features such as shower heads and spray jets that keep children laughing for hours. Parents are reminded to supervise their children at all times while visiting the splash pad. Splash/spray pads will begin opening for the season on June 24, 2020 and all locations will be open by June 27, 2020. Splash/spray pads will close for the season on September 13, 2020. Splash/spray pads may undergo maintenance during the season. Please check the individual park page for any short-term closures. |

PORT PERRYThe Splash Pad in Port Perry includes four spraying frogs and an overhead sprinkler system. It's a great way to cool down in the summer! The splash pad is sensor operated, the sensor is located on the east side of the green building. Located in Palmer Park, Port Perry, the Splash Pad is open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., from July 1 to September 1. |
