Summer of 2020 is definitely going to have a different kind of feel to it due to COVID19 but there are still some great Summer Camps and Online Programs available to help keep your kids occupied over the holidays. Here's our 2020 Summer Camp Guide with some fabulous in-person and virtual camps as well as online programs from across Durham Region, Toronto and the GTA!

Camp Brimacombe

Don't miss out on these active, outdoor day camps located in Clarington’s Oak Ridges Moraine! Camp Treetopia

Camp Treetopia starts with creating great groups and assigning enthusiastic and well-trained staff. Kids will learn through outdoor play in our unique woodland setting. Camper are given a sense of being away from their everyday routine. The STEAM Project

The STEAM Project is for creative kids who love science, technology, robotics, and design projects! Campers learn while they invent, digitally fabricate, and build things through hands-on experiences with current and new technologies. Woodworking, 3D printing, electronics, and coding, are just some of the activities campers get to explore in this traditional “Camp” environment!

CAMP CLARINGTON

CAMP CLARINGTON will be expanding its program for 2020 by offering age specific programming within a positive social environment. Our campers receive a full day of activities and challenges within their interests, while allowing for balance of free play with their peers. A Gift of Art Weekly or Daily Art Camp

City of Pickering

Summer is upon us! This year The City of Pickering has implemented a new level of summer camp programming, designed to keep children safe, while offering a unique program experience. Alternate Camps programs are being offered with onsite as well as virtual options.

Onsite camps will follow all Ontario Ministry of Health Guidelines while delivering a fun and safe summer experience for your child. Onsite alternative camps are being offered for ages 6 - 12 yrs, with choices in Adventure, Arts, Dance, Drama, Sports, and more!

Virtual Camp-in-a-Box program will provide children with the opportunity to participate in the camp experience from home, with an online virtual camp counsellor. Prior to camp starting, all supplies, directions, and schedules will be delivered to your door. Your child will be ready to start camp with their own set up at home!

McMichael ArtVenture Summer Club: Virtual Camp

Ages 6 to 12. 9 am to 12 pm. Week-long sessions beginning July 6.
